We, at Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc., recognize the dangers of climate change, so our GreenPromise™ is central to our business model. In addition to carefully selecting partners who share our environmental concerns and standards of excellence, we have also implemented a number of internal programs to help protect the environment. The Feldkamp Enterprises GreenPromise™ is a commitment to environmental excellence through the practices of resource efficiency, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
Every year, Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc. recycles approximately:
- 6,000 pounds of stainless steel, anually
- 1,000 pounds of aluminum, anually
- 4,000 pounds of copper, anually
- 1,200 pounts of galvanized scrap metal (buesheling), monthly
- 8 cubic yards of cardboard, monthly
In addition to these recycling initiatives, we seek to reduce energy usage in all of our offices by using energy-efficient lighting, heating, and air conditioning systems.

We are very proud to have been a part of the team who helped in achieving the first LEED Gold Certification for a Cincinnati Public School (Pleasant Ridge Montessori). We have also helped to achieve 3 other LEED Gold certifications and 32 Leed Silver certifications. Our Green building has become extremely popular over the past several years and is continuing to rise.
