The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) is a non-profit trade association representing multi-family owners, managers and developers, as well as companies who supply a product and/or service in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. The Association serves the multi-family housing industry by providing Legislative Services, Education Courses and Networking Opportunities.

Greater Cincinnati Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) is the city’s leading professional, commercial real estate organization dedicated to meeting the needs of building owners, property managers and commercial service providers. Its mission is to advance the interests of the entire commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards and information.

Allied Construction Industries (ACI) is a not-for-profit trade association comprised of approximately 580 member companies who employ more than 30,000 individuals throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Established in 1929, ACI’s membership includes general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, developers, material suppliers and service providers to the commercial construction industry; members may be either union or open shop companies who are engaged in commercial, industrial and public construction.

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is committed to a prosperous and sustainable future through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings, and works toward its mission of market transformation through its LEED green building program, robust educational offerings, a nationwide network of chapters and affiliates, the annual Greenbuild International Conference & Expo, and advocacy in support of public policy that encourages and enables green buildings and communities.
